What hardware do I need?
Any iPad, Android tablet, or laptop running a modern browser. Tappsy is entirely web-based — no app downloads, no proprietary terminals, no expensive hardware contracts.
How long does setup take?
Most venues are live within a few hours. Sign up, build your menu, set up your floor plan, and open pos.tappsy.io on your tablet. Your staff log in with a PIN and you're off.
Can I use existing card payment hardware?
Yes. Tappsy tracks cash and card payments and lets you record tips and service charges. It works alongside your existing card machine — no payment processor lock-in.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It's yours. Export your full order history, staff records and reports at any time. We hold your data for 30 days after cancellation, then it's permanently deleted.
Can I run multiple venues from one account?
Yes. Add as many venues as you need under one account. Each venue has its own floor plan, menu, staff and reporting — with a single owner login across all of them.
